I strive to provide you with exceptional services, and to ensure a smooth experience for my clients. I have established the following booking policies:

1.   Deposit: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all booked appointments. These policies help us maintain a well organized schedule and offer the best service to all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to enhancing your beauty.

2.   Cancellation Policy: Please notify me at least 24-48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

3.   Traval Fee: Based in Oakville. No travel fee within 3 km. Over 3 km: Travel fee based on Uber fare.

4.   Late Arrivals: Charges begin at the scheduled appointment time. If you are 30 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

5.   Hair: Ensure your hair is clean and dry before your hair appointment.

6.   Additional Fee: Appointments starting before 9:00 AM require a $40 early fee. Appointments starting before 6:00 AM require an $80 early fee. Appointments starting after 9:00 PM require a $50 late fee. A 5% service fee will be charged on Public Holidays.
